Founded in 2001, Corporate Supply-Chain Management, Inc. (CSCM) began as a dedicated solution to reduce soft costs in the business-to-business procurement process. Our focus has always been optimizing purchasing strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Over the years, we collaborated with several major Fortune 500 companies, enhancing our data management and standard operating procedures to refine and elevate the procurement process.
In 2022, building on our extensive experience in procurement, CSCM expanded its offerings to include a broad selection of construction supply items. This strategic move enabled us to provide comprehensive procurement solutions and streamline purchasing for our clients.
Our commitment to excellence and growth was further recognized when CSCM became SBA certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and was approved as a DOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). These certifications have allowed us to extend our services to government agencies, continuing our mission to deliver exceptional supply chain solutions and support the public commercial and highway construction, as well as the private sector.

In 2001, Wendy Sullivan took a bold step by founding Corporate Supply-Chain Management, Inc. (CSCM), drawing on her extensive experience as a B2B salesperson. As the owner and driving force behind CSCM, Wendy has leveraged her entrepreneurial spirit, which has defined much of her career. Over the past 30 years, she has owned multiple businesses and has been deeply involved in the industry.
Wendy's background is rich with expertise, holding a residential General Contractor’s license since 2006 and a Real Estate license since 1990. A lifelong resident of the Midwest, she earned her degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, which has shaped her commitment to community and social responsibility.
Outside of her professional achievements, Wendy is actively engaged in her community. She participates in various national and regional committees and organizations, championing fairness, justice, and equality for women, minority businesses, and all individuals. Her passion for promoting these values underscores her dedication to making a positive impact both locally and beyond.
